Our offices are open from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Trade account holders must agree to our trade terms and conditions prior to account acceptance.

Please allow up to 24 hours for account verification on business days. After your application has been approved you will have access to exclusive to the trade pricing.

Please note our products are intended for use in a domestic environment. None of the products available are certified for use in a commercial environment, and we can not guarantee their longevity if used for commercial purpose.

If purchased products are used in a commercial environment this will void your returns policy & warranty.

ONE LONDON HOUSE accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in GBP for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorised officer of ONE LONDON HOUSE. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
